Tally Ho Meadow is committed to welcoming guests with a wide range of needs and to making our accommodation, facilities and website as accessible as reasonably possible.
We recognise that accessibility needs vary from person to person.
We encourage guests to contact us before booking if they have particular requirements so that we can provide further information, discuss individual needs and explain what facilities and assistance may be available.
Our Countryside Setting
Tally Ho Meadow is located in a natural rural setting.
Access around the site may include outdoor paths and surfaces that can be affected by weather and seasonal conditions.
The site includes natural features such as grassed areas, a pond and changes in ground surface.
Guests with mobility, visual or other accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking so that we can provide more detailed information about the route from the car park to the accommodation and other areas of the site.
Our Accomodation
Our luxury glamping pods include a bedroom, living and kitchen area, shower room and private outdoor space with a wood-fired hot tub.
As our accommodation and landscaping are still being completed, detailed accessibility information, including measurements, thresholds, door widths and information about individual facilities, will be added to this statement once the finished site has been fully assessed.
We are happy to discuss the suitability of our accommodation with guests before booking and provide additional information where required.
Individual Requirements & Reasonable Adjustments
We will make reasonable adjustments where possible to help disabled guests access and enjoy their stay.
If you have a disability, mobility requirement, visual or hearing impairment, neurodivergence, allergy or another individual requirement that may affect your stay, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss what we can reasonably do to assist.
Assistance dogs are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Parking & Arrival
Guest parking is provided in our main car park, with a dedicated electric vehicle charging point planned for guest use.
Detailed information about parking, routes to the pods and arrival arrangements will be provided before your stay.
If you require particular assistance with arrival or luggage, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to help.

We aim to make the Tally Ho Meadow website clear, easy to navigate and accessible to as many people as possible.
We will continue to review the website as it develops and aim to use clear headings, readable text, meaningful links and alternative text for important images where appropriate.
